looking to recomp after this bulk.

I’m definitely using tren but idk what I should stack it with for a maintenance calorie recomposition.

what do do you guys stack with tren to recomp (build muscle while losing fat)

My best recomp protocol I’ve done thus far:

15 cal/lb body weight/day
1.2g protein/lb body weight

test/tren/mast/var/GH

30min fasted cardio 3x per week

Test, tren, and mast for the win. I'm sure GH would be a great addition like Hurt said, but I have never tried it.

Tren is the king when it comes to recomp. Mast is a good addition also and really shines at low bf%. I don't really do orals but something like winny or var would also be good. But above all else, the diet will be what gets you shredded

This is spot-on my approach, less the var (I typically do't run orals). Great plan, Hurt.

Tren is king of Recomp, with test prop. You could add var if you like. Calorie cycling, training focus on lots of compounds lifts. Hiit cardio.

Pretty much stated above. Test/tren/mast, maybe some var. I keep my cals slightly under maintenance. I train the same and do more cardio. Don't rush a recomp, slow and steady. Really if you think about it, unless you're cutting for some reason, the whole point if bodybuilding is recomposition. Should be a year round process.

ive decided on test, tren, and anavar... while running cialis and ralox for unrelated issues

anyways, it’s my first go at tren and anavar. I was thinking 150 test, 400 tren, 100 var (everyday for 6 weeks). Test and tren will be ran for 12ish weeks.

any further advice is welcomed.

A good successful recomp is tricky. You seem to have a good plan, it does require some patience and careful planning. I honesty feel the calorie cycling plays a big part in its success, along with a proper training protocol. Tren for 12 weeks is something you'll have to see if you can handle. Many can't, only time will tell. Good luck. Have your ancillaries on standby if needed.
