I had a procedure for this on December 13th 2018. Not replacement; it's called core decompression. Question is... why can I do squats, leg presses and deadlifts with no pain, but the elliptical in my apartment causes so much pain.

Anyone have an idea for decent cardio given this constraint?

I doubt many have experience with this procedure. What did your rehabilitation professional advise?

Probably best to go ask them.

I have been dealing with a place of pretty solid reputation. After six months he said the decay had not progressed. He basically, then, said when it gets unbearable replacement is next. So, I have been easing into lower body exercises but feeling good. Just the cardio. I guess it is more of the clock work motion that causes pain.
