This is a short read for all you ADHD meat heads. It's a study from a little over a year ago so some may have already ran into it. He does lose some credibility with me when at the end he eludes to having more muscle will burns more calories and therefore helps to prevent obesity.

No you can't blow off your cardio this week just because you read this!

Unfortunately I do not do much for cardio, other then cutting rest between sets and some amrap sets.
I tend to stay leaner then I should given my calories I take in daily.

was you not cross country skiing on Xmas day or something daft like that??

true dat. I forget since I move so slow that this is cardio. We are skiers-we ski.

you prob get more cardio just by being active. You don’t have to get up at 5am and stand on a treadmill for an hour to get your heart pumping

true dat. I forget since I move so slow that this is cardio. We are skiers-we ski.

It was interesting that the results were as good as they were in an absence of cardio work.

Well, I am dropping the cardio completely and doing one set per body part once per week from now on. That ought to free up some much needed couch time lol
