Hello all-
I had popped in on this board a few times over the years but figured I could learn more if I actually made an account and interacted. I am 36 years old, and have been a gym rat for about 10 years and have primarily done powerlifting for the past 5 years. I have never competed- just felt that I was my own main competition. I do have some experience with PEDs and have always adopted a "less is more" mentality.
I have had a few major life changes recently, including a messy divorce on top of this pandemic and have been trying to get back into the swing of things and focus on what I love and what makes me feel empowered. I hope that I can contribute and learn here!
