If you've never used anabolics before it isn't going to take much to see reasonably impressive gains on your first cycle. For squats I suggest working on flexibility & strengthening your gluteus minimus. You can start with the old school Jane Fonda exercise of lying on your side, lifting your leg up, holding for a few moments & slowly lowering it. This in combination with flexibility training will help prevent your knees from caving inward on your squats, particularly when coming out of the bottom of the lift.
