Hi everyone! Im glad to be here with all you guys and your experience. This place will no doubt be a great resource.
I'll provide a little back story as to why I am here. 30 years old, 6ft, and 165lbs. I have lifted on/off for years with little to no gains. Ive always been a hard gainer, lean but with trunk fat since a kid. A year ago I skipped traditional weight lifting for crossfit (I don't plan on being a body builder). I have had some gains with this but I'm looking for some lean mass. 20# would make me happy with a reduction of trunk fat. Boom, thats about it.
