My gym offered a free body composition analysis, so I couldn't refuse.
The device weighed me, the trainer entered: age, height, sex.

He seemed impressed with my BF% (I was thinking more like 11ish). So I lifted my shirt and hit a side ab shot and he called over all the staff for a ab show, I hit so many abs shots I skipped working them............lol
