Not sure exactly why im posting this haha but input and advice is welcome
Stats:
186cm (6 foot 2ish)
113kg (250lbs)
Very experienced with gear but have been completely off cycle for a few months now
Aiming, at a minimum, to get to a decent quality 125+kg (275+lbs)
Current max lifts (even though i dont train for strength specifically). Hoping to beat all of these!
Deadlift: 550lbs
Squat: 440lbs
Bench: 352lbs
Cycle:
Test E 600mg
EQ 500mg
Tren E 400mg
Mk677 20mg ed
Aromasin 12.5mg eod
Might throw in small amounts of insulin, i have humalog and lantus on hand
Natty supps:
Protien powder
Creatine
Glutamine
ZMA
Probiotics
NAC
Vit D3
Multi vitamin
Diet:
Protien= 378g
Carbs= 671g
Fats= 189g
Cals= 6067cal
