Carrier oils and relationship to pinning frequency.

I currently am on trt and have only used pharmacy test c. Every brand so far was in cottonseed oil. I was watching vigoroussteve, he did a video on carrier oils. He said (I hope I didn't misunderstand him) that compounds mixed in mct oil should be pinned daily due to the speed mct is metabolized, even cyp and e. I have seen that a lot of ugls use mct. Does anyone have any experience with this or recommendations?

Carrier oils have an effect on release yes.

Is it as crazy as vigorous Steve says? No

To pin Cyp ED is overkill

A prime example of carrier oils and release would be something like Nebido (Castor oil)
Testosterone Undecoanate
The release time/Bolus dose timing is substantially more than CSO (Typically the standard when you google an ester half life)

Nebido half life being approximatly 30ish days
Whereas in traditional oils like TSO/CSO/GSO it's around 21

So using this tried tested and proven math....

Cyp as an ED injection is a bit of overkill

Even if we were to cut thr half life in HALF, from CSO to MCT (Its not that drastic, I'm being pretty dramatic here)
Then we could assume a half life of 4ISH days of Cyp in MCT (Not true, its higher)

Then Test Cyp in MCT oil would be injected AT MOST on a 2x a week basis.

I find these youtubers are overly dramatic and like to pretend they "Found" something that no one else could.

The reality is they didnt.

Yeah, these guys typically prey on dudes who are new to the scene or dont have an understanding of chemistry.

Even guys like Greg doucette, every once in a while make claims like
"The best cycle for summer is 150 Test and 400 Mast, that's all you need"

It's like.. okay.... but if you PCT, then you might actually lose mass by the time you take HPTA shutdown during post cycle and before resumption of natural production into account...

Okay, so you looked good for a few months, but you put your body through hell and didnt gain and muscle!

I got turned off all those guys by, Leo Longevity.

He did a 30 minute video where he CLAIMED to have solved Gastrointestinal Autoimmune problems.
His solution?
Take a probiotic pill and cater your diet to foods that agree with you.

It's like Bro... this isnt new information, this is common sense shit, that literally anyone with autoimmune GI issues has talked to their GP about let alone a specialist.
It's not solving anything...

I find all these guys just spew basic information and over exaggerate it to seem like they're knowledgeable, and their ability to correlate data from actual studies and content is really quite basic.
Like not reading study conditions (More plates more dates is 5he fucking worst at this)

So he comes to conclusions that are wholly nonsensical and have zero actually AAS related applications whatsoever.
Like the Anavar vs Test subject

He drew conclusions based on lean muscle growth... but the studies were an apples to oranges comparison and had to right to be compared to eachother.

I strongly recomend taking every single word that those guys say... and taking it with an absolutly monstrous grain of salt.

There is so much to learn about and finding reliable sources for information isn't easy. You have to read so much and be able to determine who knows their shit and who is talking out of their ass. I will not answer a question that I'm not 99.9 percent sure of the answer. Some people will spew out and repeat as fact what some bum on a corner told them.
