Bp was a little high. I haven’t done a lick of cardio in weeks. Always get 10k steps and about 3k calories burned on my Fitbit thought. When I start walking and cut the trash food it will be normal in a day or so.

Weight is starting to feel heavy! Numbers are still going up. Haven’t been eating enough protein last couple weeks. Just keep seeing the scale go up and thought good enough. Don’t won’t to waste all this hard work so I have to get that protein up, and grow some new meat! 💪😎

Took Thursday and Friday off for the holiday. Did some crazy eating and got some serious family time in! Body weight right at 250# HUUUUUGE BUUUUD!! 💪😎

Had my oldest son stay the night. He’s doing the same power routine as me. We’re 8wks in planning on 16wks so decide to spend the day working towards one rep max!

I was pretty happy and pretty gassed so we called it a day after the benching but definitely seeing some progress. Those are the best numbers I’ve ever done 💪😎

Complete Shit Week!
Went to do thanksgiving with my side of the family last Sunday had an absolute blast, and got covid. Been in the frickin bed for like a week straight. Went out to the gym and got under some weight yesterday just to see how I was doing and it sucked.
Started having a little more energy in the morning everyday. Got to where I could stay moving until about noon and then I was toast.
Yesterday I felt the best so that’s why I tried the gym. Today I just rested. Hopefully tomorrow start back on schedule. Probably take a whole week of building my stamina back up so I’m not going to start counting the last 8wks of my power program until I’m hitting my numbers. 💪😎
Stay safe out there fam! Seems like all kinds of nasty shit is flying around right now. We rarely get sick in our house but when we do. It’s always tuff.

It’s time for the COMEBACK….Kidz lol!
It was light 2wks with zero energy to move! No real symptoms that I would call being sick. Just had 3 days of expelling mucus but not congested.

My son was trash talking. Said I wasn’t working as hard as him. Cuz my max numbers were so much higher than his and I’m working out with the same weight as him. I said I hear you buddy! Definitely feeling like these numbers are getting close to topped out for the sets and reps!!! I was being cautious. Maybe too cautious so I jumped a little bigger this week.
Felt amazing had a small tear in my right calf. No big deal thought. 💪😎

Calf is still a little sore so skipping the single leg calf raises today.
Eating is getting closer to where it needs to be. Dropping some weight on purpose now. 250’s is tooo heavy for me at 5’9 . Definitely want to keep adding muscle and strength. 💪😎

It is great man! He lives in the big city with his mom, but can’t wait to come stay at dads on the weekend! He’s 18 and just started working full time. Security gig💪 It’s always a better session with him, and he keeps me motivated! I like to believe it goes both ways haha. I still get to lift with my dad a handful of times a year too! It’s the best. Try and get at least a couple every year where we got three generations of jacked dudes shutting some gym down lol💪😎
