My first cycle, finally!

Gear is ordered and should be here this week!

208 lbs
BF 11%
39 years old
3-5 days with weights each week
5 days a week of japanese jiu jit su

Test E 500 mg/week, 12 weeks
Aromisan for duration of cycle
Nolvadex for pct but ordering clomid too before I begin.

I'm looking for lean gains, but lots of it haha.
I'm eating about 3000 calories a day right now as I'm trying to lose a few lbs before I cycle.

During cycle I'll eat over 4000 calories of a clean diet. Lots of chicken, lean ground beef/turkey. Lots of salads. I'm not too worried about sodium, do I need to be? Several eggs and a few shakes a day.

try to avoid sodium.What dose asin will u be starting with and will u use it from week 1 or wait to see if u need it?

Careful exceeding 4000 cals if u want to stay lean. 3500 cals did the trick for me. 100kg and sub 10% bf.

Would you recommend I take the AI from day 1? That was my plan. I can limit the sodium but was kind of thinking the AI would help with water weight.

Is there a max sodium level I should try and stay under?

just eat clean and big the AI everyone if different I started mine week 2.Felt fine just wanna be safe

Take the ai if needed. And don't worry about lean gains. Just try and eat clean.

Salad isn't going to make you grow. You'll be enhanced and you will want to make sure your glycogen stores are maxed for training. You can work on cuttin some of the fat later. If you're gaining too much far, drop some cals but not drastically.

i agree with POB instead of salas stay with your green carbs,spinach,green beans,the sweet potatoes,brown rice etc

I agree - LOG IT - take progression pics etc.

Include as much daily info as possible so we know how its going & can give our input or provide extra motivation if necessary :)

Cycle looks good. Personally I would drop down to 3500-3700 on the calories and add more real food and get away from the shakes. I would keep my shake to the post workout meal and the rest of the diet would be actual food. Another suggestion, if you really want to do the diet right and make the most out of your cycle I would hit up Spongy

and a few shakes a day.

Thanks for all the replies. When I said salad I mean a salad with chicken on it. I eat a lot of raw spinach and other veggies. I can't do sweet potatoes. Wish I could. I eat brown rice every now and then but it's not my favorite, for sure. I will eat oats quite a bit.

No, not running any HCG.

Just did my first pin ever. I was going to wait a week but my impulsive nature got the best of me. I still have a few weeks before its active. Mrs. Hollywood72 did the injection for me. She was nervous as hell but it went perfect. Did a 1" 22g in the glute.

Wow, I run 23 gauge and get accused of "harpooning" myself, LOL! Congrats on getting your cherry popped Mate!

Seek out Spongy - he's a diet guru and nutritionist. I'm rolling with him at present on a lean bulker and I'm very pleased with the results and professionalism. He'll give you the best chance to make the majority of the weight you'll be packing on the form you want: beef, not fat.
