Strength the goal for second cycle

I want to plan out my second cycle even though I've got some time.

I was thinking 500 to 700 mg test for 16 weeks and throwing in an oral. Tbol specifically. Doesn't aromatize and no bloat like dbol from what I've read. Also wanted to know if it would be better to use it at the beginning of more towards the middle. Mainly looking at increasing strength not just size.

Thoughts? Ideas?
Also I'm probably gonna bnc after second cycle.

Also I've always read time on time off but if bloods look good after 6 weeks or so would I be g2g to cycle back on?

Test 500mg tbol from middle of cycle say week 5 or when you reach a plateau. If you intend on blasting and cruising then do that don’t piss about doing one last pct it’s pointless.

I don't hate it. From my understanding, Tbol was the drug of choice for the Soviet era Oly Weightlifters when they wanted added strength without outgrowing their weight class.

If it were me, I'd add it in at the middle toward the end of my cycle, start when gains from just Test start to slow down.

in terms of time off when you blast n cruise it depends on your goals and your level of commitment to the sport. Honestly there is time i only take 4-6 weeks off and times i take 12-16 weeks off. just depends on bloods and my goals at the time. Also another thing to keep in to consideration is your bloods while on cycle. If you run things smartly you can keep your bloodwork pretty good even on a long cycle and not need much time off. This is one reason i may advise against orals as even the weakest ones tend to be harsher then injectibles.

Why not injectable tbol. I believe I've seen that around.

Var might be a better option for strength,both can be ran for 12 weeks

Either Tbol or Var and 500mg test

Run test for 4 weeks the add the oral

Tbol is better on size Var is better on strength

If size was your goal I'd say 750mg test

I started 50mg of Var about a month ago and immediately blasted through a plateau I've been on. After experiencing really good strength gains I bumped it up to 75mg a day. I take 50 in the morning before my workout, and 25mg in the evening when I get home from work. Some good Anavar is fire

I'd run the var for 12 weeks, just don't start at 100mg, work up to it over time.

I was watching an anabolic doc video and he said that Var was processed by the kidneys and not the liver, which leads me to think it would not be liver toxic like other orals, and safer to run for longer time periods like this. Is this true?

If done correctly you can run a fast ester with it for 4 weeks then drop the fast ester.

But front loading was a waste of my time and ending up with too much at once.

We talking running test prop first couple weeks? I'm not in a hurry or anything. Just read this on front loading in the past and wanted to ask. I've got tones to learn so I'm all ears
