Correct dosage and timing

I'm a 58+ 6 day a week crossfiter looking to maximize my strength for a very important workout on Friday and a retake on mon morning, I currently inject .5 on mon but was wondering if I bumped it up to 1. Should I split it up or do it all at one time and what days for max effect? Thanks

If you are talking about something like test cyp or enanthate then you aren't going to see a bump in strength by just taking a bigger dose once. That would take a few weeks to notice.

Also if you want to be stronger stop doing crossfit ;p

Be more specific about what you are proposing are you on 100mg per ml 200mg per ml Test ?

Yes you will be stronger on double the dose and IMO a split is better for keeping E2 more manageable.
