anyone any good workout plan to follow to make some serious gains

Welcome this ^^

I take it your a novice or you have tried some workout plans without results,
there are so many workout plans, some swear by this and that, Best you can do is high reps with resistance and hard contractions on the muscle..over all in any type of workout this principle apply, heavy weights is another plan that with high reps and hard contraction will be effective same as the other I mentioned..

1.combine 3 or more muscle group in 1 workout would make a good plan

Bench, squat, deadlift with progressive overload. Caloric surplus. Plenty of sleep. Growth will occur.
