Is deca at 400 mg a week (12 weeks) plus 500 mg test the safest steroid that doesn't lead to much hair loss? In other words, will deca affect hair loss? also is finasteride okay to use on cycle?

Consequences of running a 19 nor can be severe. Losing some hair is not.

If hairloss is your only concern then deca is a good choice but I’d go with npp for 12 weeks.

If you are worried about hair loss then taking any type of AAS is a bad idea. The better question to ask yourself is does the negatives outweigh the positives.

If you have mpb, you will lose hair. I am 45 and have done over 30 cycles. I have a full head of hair. That being said, the comments above are correct. If your even worried a bit, don’t do it. Your probably going bald right now from the stress! Kidding!! Lol

Sounds like what one of of the gym bros asked me last week regarding Proviron... He asked me if it would cause hair loss and my response was "You've been doing Test/Tren and you are worried about Proviron causing hair loss?" I then went into the spill about how if one is predisposed to losing hair, the majority of steroids will speed up the process. If you aren't, it's a crap shoot. FWIW, thyroid medication caused me to shed hair more than TRT did, and come to find out, my first doctor had me on a dose that was WAY too high and pushed me into Hyperthyroidism.

Oddly, with DECA I'd be more worried about wrecking my natural testosterone for the rest of my life than hair loss... Luckily, I'm on TRT so I don't have to worry about that any more because it is already wrecked for the rest of my life.

Do test only and eat everything in sight save the money from the deca and do test 500mg for 16 week then a full pct

I will only say that Mast is hard on the hairline ... however all AAS have sides.

If you are acne prone I can tell you from experience the NPP and Deca will most definitely create that side!

Look into what causes hair loss with regard to AAS use and your answer will be found there. You also will find no absolutes which is what most people are looking for.

in my experience - the dosage will dictate a lot about how much hair loss will occur

400mgs mild hair loss - 500mgs mild to medium - 600mg & up is so on & so forth

recently a 300mg testosterone 300mg npp cycle yielded more hair loss than a 400mg straight testosterone cycle

300mg testosterone 300mg npp also yielded more hair loss than 200mg testerone & 200mg masteron

12 weeks of deca wouldn't be worth it anyway IMO due to the ester length.

As previously suggested NPP would be a better choice if you were to go this route.

As for hair loss....fck it. Just shave lol
