Tried a new workout I got from Julian Smith off Instagram. It’s like a rack pull but for the delts.
Position the rack about even with your hips, using a Olympic bar perform a front raise overhead with a grip slightly wider than shoulder width. Rest for a second on the rack while still keeping tension on your delts. Did it as a finisher could only do 55 pounds for 8-10. Front delts were screaming. He also has another one I want to trt, it’s the same concept but a seated front raise with an underhand grip and resting the weight on your thighs while still keeping tension. On your delts. It really helps me avoid using momentum as well as keeping tension on my delts. Thought i would share. If you have Instagram check Jilian Smith out he has some good variations I like to use when my workouts get stale.
