Stretching for muscle growth

did this for my past two leg workouts. I was spent! First time hearing about the stretching between sets but man was the quad pump something. Figured I’d pass along to anybody looking to spice up a leg workout.

Watched this last night and the chest one, tried it with chest between sets today and it felt as though I had more blood in there

DC training has extreme stretching as well.

They all have roots in a study that was done on weighted bird wings. The birds showed some crazy muscle growth but the study was never replicated outside of birds.

Zilla cautions against non-human studies and girls with herpes.

Stretching is one of the only ways I know of to increase blood flow to connective tissue to help strengthen it. Ill have to give this a try.

I always had a problem with my legs especially hamstrings and one day I got fed up and decided to add an extra 30 minutes to my gym session every day stretching between sets and another 15 minutes of just leg stretches every morning. My legs started to grow faster
