Add a salad with low cal dressing into the middle of the day to keep you filled up a little longer and move one serving of your protein to the night time to hold you over

I don't see how you can do a 1,000 calorie deficit and not be hungry. Re-arranging the timing is only going to do so much. I think if it is so bad you could try eating a head of lettuce or so for something to digest.

Sadly, this is a spot that GHB would be really useful for sleep/mood for a block of time if it was still sold at GNC or a reputable company instead of a dangerous street drug.

Organic celery with some non gmo almond butter before bed should kill the hunger pain just fine and not mess up your goal. Stay away from the peanut butter.

I have a veryyyy good question for you,
I am trying to be in a 1,000 calorie a day deficit. I did great allll day and have hit my 1,000 calorie deficit. Now when I’m trying to knock out and zzz, my body is starving for food. What’s a good go to food or way to get full without compromising on my calories and ruining my entire day? I can’t sleep on an empty stomach. This seems to be what is sabotaging me from achieving my goal.

i was feeling this last night and couldn’t get to sleep. You could try to eat more fat during the day for longer digestion. I get home late about 9pm and I have on standby prepackaged salad, put some mayo in. Avocado for fat and maybe a little chicken or A boiled egg. Don’t need to eat lots it just needs to hit Your stomach to take the edge off.
