didnt read all the comments, in the middle of trying to deal with a new dog... Your list is almost the exact same as mine other than I use 1 whole egg to each cup of egg whites and add a sirloin once a week. I also eat the Mission brand Low Carb Tortillas. They are just absolutely loaded with Fiber so I'll slap a tbsp of nut butter and a tbsp of sugar free jelly on it for a little substance to go with my pre-bedtime shake.

I personally avoid honey because it seems to trigger my hormones into telling me I'm starving, lol. No clue why.
