Hello I’m 25 years old been lifting for 7 years started off my lifting with bodybuilding in mind. That turned into a power lifter style training very fast. Got my bench or to 355lb squat to 485lb and deadlift to 605lb at 185lb bwt Tore my bicep a year ago and had to restart basically and have matched all my prs again. Trying to take it to the next level now with any info and knowledge. I have been natty this whole time and looking to maybe change that lol
