Im 5'11 270lbs 40yrs old (20%bf) male. I have a few cycles under my belt (by no means a pro at this) in the last few years I went from a very lean 10-12%bf 230lbs to a heavy 265-275lb power lifter body type gut n all (not knocking anyone) with complications starting due to the heavey weight. Please dont start with the get your body fat down to ? before you start your cycle way of thinking cuz its not working for me. I not knocking that mind set but my body is not reacting well to it. I can eat clean, cardio 5 days (1hr per) & 5 on 2 off gym. I have access to some Deca,Test E,Anavar. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks for reading.......Oh shit forgot to mention my goal.....LOSE FAT!
