Hi everyone! Im glad to be here with all you guys and your experience. This place will no doubt be a great resource.

I'll provide a little back story as to why I am here. 30 years old, 6ft, and 165lbs. I have lifted on/off for years with little to no gains. Ive always been a hard gainer, lean but with trunk fat since a kid. A year ago I skipped traditional weight lifting for crossfit (I don't plan on being a body builder). I have had some gains with this but I'm looking for some lean mass. 20# would make me happy with a reduction of trunk fat. Boom, thats about it.

Welcome brother! I was in the same boat, started at this I was 215lbs @25% bf max bench was 155lbs. Since then I've drop 60lbs of fat and put on 35lbs of muscle and let me tell you its 80% DIET!

We got some great bros here that know a shit ton about nutrition, just ask questions!
