In your experience's with AAS what are the most valuable lessons you've learned ? whether bodybuilding, strength etc..... This applies to all aspects; training, diet, WO regimen etc..
1. diet is number 1
2. before coming in the gym u have to be mentally ready to work out and know what exercise ur going to do .
and what this^^^ bro said upstairs
plan out your cycle on a calendar - that includes having your SERM and HCG in hand. Commitment is key - again that includes training extra hard and the right DIET! JMO
The best lesson Ive learned is not to get too wrapped up with what the scales say. Some of the best cycles Ive ever had I never got on the scale I just knew things were going well. Ill flux weight daily, and on cycle it tends to happen to me more, heat and cardio play a role as well. Standing on the scale 3 times a day always stressed me out. The end results were always worth it.
