Hey all! first post here

I’ve been on Trt for 3 years now. Finally tuned in pretty well
I currently inject daily
About 10mg im test cyp
Gonadorelin 500 daily
No ai for the past 3 months (it was killing my libido along w other issues)
With this regimen i run
850 total t
E2 around 30
Free t 200

I feel great this way, no need for Cialis overall awesome experience

I added in anavar, 20mg daily (10 morning 10 before bed)
Running that for 8 days, oral suspension from gorilla king.

First 4 I get great but I have like an icky feeling almost like cramps in my legs and now my erection quality is garbage / libido dead

I tried the same gear last year and had similar issues thought it would be different with my new test setup.
I’ve gained 2lbs and my workouts are top notch but I just few bad in general while taking it

Any suggestions?

I’m worried about GK being bunk or something else. I’ve ordered a different brand (pharmaqo) from domestic to see.

I previously ran deca for 9 months 2 years ago no issues

My goal is to gain mass. I’m 162. Highest weight was 185 but my initial Trt provider was giving me 300mg test weekly when I started trt which cause some issues.
My natty weight was 150ish.
Happy with my strength
Dead 350
Squat 305
Military press 135
Bench 225 (weakest lift)

I’d like to hit 170 body weight, my diet is right lifts are good I just have always had trouble w mass building. All these lifts are basically where I was pre trt I just look way better now.

Any suggestions on the var or other options I’m open
I currently have plenty of test cyp, ultima deca, Proviron and the bar mentioned.

Literally eat more.

If the var is giving you bad sides (which is fairly unheard of), just stop taking it. Wears off in like 12 hours anyways.

None of us can tell you if the Var is legit or not based solely on your anecdotes.

But it is fairly clear that there are likely some issues with your diet and/or training.

Give us an idea what your diet and training routine looks like. The more info you provide (weights, measurements, etc.) the better.

I workout 4 days weekly minimum
For those I follow the Wendler pyramid for strength
I also do supplemental lifts after strength training for mass
Those look like the following:
Squat
5 sets 10 reps of a working weight (170ish)
Leg press 4 x 12
Extension 4 x 12
Leg curl 4 x 12


Shoulder supplementals
Military press 5 x 10 80lbs
One arm row 5 x 10 70lb dumbbell
Side laterals 5 x 10
Pull-ups 5 sets to failure (usually 50 ish total)

Bench and dead basically same supplementals with group specific lifts

I also am a contractor / roofer and it’s not uncommon to move 10k lbs working 3 days a week or more with constant movement

Wake up
Protein bar

Breakfast
3 large eggs
4 whole bacon slices
2 pieces bread (gf)
1/4 cup cheese shredded
Banana
Juice

Snack
Gold standard protein shake w oat milk

Lunch
Steak and potatoes every day
Or steak and corn tortillas
Always with rice

Snack
Metrx meal replacement shake with oat milk

Dinner
Beef and potatoes plus rice
Spinach raw
Sometimes a caulipower pepperoni pizza

Snack
Protein shake
Helados ice cream bar (2)

I basically eat these exact same meals every day. My diet is mostly rice and beef and potatoes. I also take creatine mono about 5 g a day.

I think the var may be fake but it did make me crazy hungry which is good. I have stopped I’lltry the new brand. I had deca from gk that tested bad and I didn’t take it. I don’t have anymore test vials or I’d test the var.

Maybe double check to make sure that's actual GK.

Based on the weights you train with, you are about 5 years away from being able to use steroids the way they were intended to be used.

That’s my supplementals. Military press pyramid for me is a 3 warmup sets, the a 5/3/1 pyramid.
What would you recommend?

I recommend continuing to train hard man. Do you really want to be The Guy on Juice That Can Only Benchpress 225 lbs? I wouldn’t. Supplemental or not, a decently trained high school kid can do that stuff.

Build a really good natural base and then add the drugs.

So you're injecting 70 mg of test cyp per week, and your total t is 850, with free t at 200??
Yes. Before when I did 2x weekly (weds / Saturday). I was pinning about 50 each injection. That would have me run up to 1200ish and trough days 550 to 650. Horrible fluctuations. Eod or daily I am around 850 all the time. I feel way better this way ymmv, everyone I know who increased their dose frequency gets higher numbers w less. Pinning daily sucks but I use 1/2 27s. Mostly delts or hip. In the hip that gauge is nothing coming from a 1” big stick

Yeah everyone has lifts that are their strongest. My bench is low, some high schoolers can smash me no problem. I can pick up 2 bundles of shingles, take them up a 2 story ladder, come down and repeat that for 30 or 40 reps, then move them again bent over laying them on the roof after tearing the old ones off, putting them on my shoulders and carrying them across the roof and throwing them over….I can do that every day all day…and after I finish I go to the gym and do my squat or dead or military press…I’m not really worried about how I may look at the gym to someone. I see guys benching 350 425 or whatever that can’t go up and down the ladder w a bundle more than 5 or 6 times. I think Saturday I moved 30k pounds myself between tear off unload and the ladder (25sq I took up personally)

The deca tested as something else. The anavar had a janoshik verification but who knows. It’s possible it just doesn’t agree with me. I ran a roidtest on the var but it was inconclusive because using too much:too little gear in the vial results in a flawed result . It is either real var or dbol
I’m running my bloods today. If my e2 is sky high it was dbol. If my e2 crashed it was var and my issues were cause s by low aromatization from the var freeing up too much t and I can’t produce enough estrogen

You have a physically demanding job, which burns a ton of calories, and sucks having a full belly feeling. I get that.

Add liquid calories in, and make the last meal of the day your largest, so you're sleeping during the full belly period.

Anavar, nor any other steroid, will add muscle without the food to do so. Would hiring extra roofers but not having enough bundles of shingles for them, get the roof laid down any faster? Absolutely not. That's what you're doing.

Thanks I appreciate the reply. I really need 3400 or more to gain in my experience . I probably need more meal replacement shakes it’s just tough

I understand, you're always moving, it's hard to get meals in. You're always burning.

Remember though, food is the materials to build with, training is the workers(more isn't always better, too many get in the way), and the drugs are an efficient foreman, organizing everything to maximize efficient building.

Stupid analogy, but I hope that you get the point.
