I can only speak for myself "diet is number 1" I dont and dont feel I need to slam 2grams of test to achieve muscle gain. I place my diet above everything I dont get cought up with that I need a gram shit I just put the work in the kitchen and training. Plus synthol is dumb that shit aint real so whats the point.
