I recently placed an order from an on line pharmacy which i usually have no issues getting through customs. My order consists of Clomid, Arimidex and Viagra. I just rec'd a letter from CBSA, asking to examine the contents of the envelope that has been declared as a health supplement. According to the Customs Act, anything weighing under 30 grams requires the permission from receiver for a border services officer to open the package. If they don't get my permission, i am almost certain they wont fwd the package to Canada post, however, if i do, and they see what's inside, they most likely wont fwd if anyway and i leave myself open to possible charges...
