i do 2 days on 1 off, cyclical.

weekly sets (estimative with this schedule)

Quads: 14 sets
Hamstrings: 12 sets
Biceps: 12 sets
Triceps: 12 sets
Back: 10 sets
Side delts: 12 sets
Rear delts: 6 sets
Front delt: no direct work
Chest: 8 sets
abs: 10 sets
calf: 12 sets
forearms: 10 sets

You do more sets for your biceps and forearms than you do chest and back?

4, but I hit almost everything twice per week in those 4 days. I do 3-6 sets per muscle group in any single session. Shoulders get 8 sets, twice per week now, seeing if adding a couple of sets will help or not.

WEEKLY SETS:
Shoulders: 8/8/3 (press/laterals/rear delt)
Chest: 8
Back: 10
Bis: 8
Tris: 7
Quads: 9
Hams: 3
Calfs: 6
Abs: 4
Is this upper / lower split?

Nope, it's a weird one...

-Wed is Legs, a little Back
-Thursday is Shoulders, a little Chest, Bis, Tris
-Sat/Sun is Back, a little Legs, Tris, Abs
-Sun/Mon is Shoulders, a little Chest, Rear Delts, Bis (normally would be Chest as the main, Shoulders secondary, but want to focus on shoulders right now)
