Nope, all good, just saw you at 50 with fat, but calories bit higher, so was wondering, but the rest of the days balanced, so comparing it to your weight seems ok :) what's your approximate calories maintenance level?

I think right around 2500-2600. I'm no longer losing weight or fat, but I'm not gaining any either.

I can post a few later tonight. I probably don't look any different, because I'm still weighing in the low 180s. I've been struggling to gain anything at all.

Here's where I'm at right now. Still weighing around the same, but definitely gained a bit of fat on my stomach. On the plus side, my arms and shoulders have grown a bit, or at least look fuller.

I want to put on a few more pounds and then start cutting around April or so. Muscle has not come easily, if at all. But I've gotten stronger the last few months.
