Testing is great but for shady sources like naps you might have a good shipment once then garbage the next, so it's a good idea to try to get to know small timers or even IRL sources at the gym.
Disclaimer: I have never gotten gear from overseas but other ancillaries yes. Id take a chance on a box of eastern euro clomid or something but gear, I just figure it's a mess seeing a lot of the nightmares these dudes had to go through with fake Turkish and Indian crap

Tbh seizures are rare and many sources offer free reships for seized orders.

Yes it wastes time but is largely unavoidable for international orders (unless your source has a domestic location they ship to first).
