I got a talented proctologist , the colonoscopy wasn't all that bad really ,, little discomfort at first but after a while it wasnt so bad ...

talented guy not sure how he managed all that medical stuff back there with both hands on my shoulders the whole time ...

Couldn't take it last night but here is my leftover steak. Daughter had a friend stay the night we went to Texas Roadhouse. My daughter's friend's mother is a vegetarian and I guess The steak was a little too much for the daughters friend because she lost her appetite.

Shit getting so expensive food cost especially when I'm trying to get my protein needs daily. Just for myself not including my family!!

Chicken breast is on sale a lot for $.99 a pound. So I decided to get a meat grinder on Amazon. Got 10 Lbs of chicken breast and 5 lbs of boneless chicken thighs grind the shit up.

Made patties and cooked the rest of the ground chicken. Will have for for the week for $20. Plus I'm sick of chicken breast, ground is so much easier to eat and digest!!
