I was a member sometime ago, trained for near 25 years both bodybuilding and power lifting until had spinal cord injury around 10 years ago. Enjoy reading the posts and articles and if can be any help one thing I have is experience. Catching up on some of the new pharmaceuticals, peptides and such. Just bought a home gym after a semi successful surgery that got me some mobility back. Bodybuilding and heavy days are over but would like to at least get in shape. Curious to hear all about how you trained 25 years ago. Did you do both powerlifting and bodybuilding at the same time?

Please dont say “that was a long time ago and I don’t remember”. 🙄

lol Know I certainly remember and miss it big time but I didn't add up the years just took an approx. guess from the age of 14 to 42. Hope you the best. When I started lifting anabolics were legal ,thats how long ago I started.

I suppose I’d be a bit bitter too if I had that many spinal cord surgeries.

Btw, you fucked up. There’s no way they operated on the spinal cord itself. You should have said “spinal surgeries”. That’s more believable.
