its a ed thing if u want it to work..Years ago i di it at 200 i think.. i have a log somewhere but i hated it ..Not worth it for me when i can burn fat with just regular diet and cardioI am. I am only taking 100 mg a day. My main reason for posting this thread was for feedback on the mg I’m taking, and how often. I plan to take it every day for two weeks and see where I’m at. Would you recommend every other day? It’s day 3 and I’m showing 0 symptoms at all
