Which testosterone do you recommend for beginner

First off, i know this is a redundant thread but i think now is the time to seriously start thinking about my first cycle. It will be test, just seeing which kind to start with.

I've been lifting for a decade 2011-2016 & made gains most of those years. Then seriously in late 16 but got sick in 2017 til 18 with depression that had me lose gains. I've come back since then & starting a program thru Hunter Labradas coaching.

5'11 maybe a tad under
Lifts: progressing heavier and also do lighter days where i focus on muscle connection etc. I train at least 4x weekly. I eat mostly clean food. I don't count my macros.
Pressing 110s db press
315 repping squat
405 telling rack pull
225x15 bp
etc lift sets/reps

so in 5 years you havnt read a single thread about first cycle??

I have, but around 2017 or so let's just say I got completely off track. I will read the threads again along w/ some new ones. Sorry i never really frequented the AAS area.. just seems complicated to me.

Read up and come back with a plan and educated questions and we will be happy to fill in the gaps in knowledge.

AAS is complicated when you don’t know much, once you have a sound foundation of understanding its is exceeding easy to grasp, implement and use wisely.

I think I studied for at least 6 months before I even started asking question. I was hypogonadal, miserable and researched as if my life depended on it (which it did).

I would suggest 400 mg of Sustanon, Cyp or Enanthate once a week for 10-12 weeks.
