First off, i know this is a redundant thread but i think now is the time to seriously start thinking about my first cycle. It will be test, just seeing which kind to start with.
I've been lifting for a decade 2011-2016 & made gains most of those years. Then seriously in late 16 but got sick in 2017 til 18 with depression that had me lose gains. I've come back since then & starting a program thru Hunter Labradas coaching.

Lifts: progressing heavier and also do lighter days where i focus on muscle connection etc. I train at least 4x weekly. I eat mostly clean food. I don't count my macros.
