Female Bodybuilder Here

[Trauma RN]

Hello all...Just wanted to say how awesome this site is. I have been lurking around for a bit and decided to join.
I use to compete a while back, got out of it for way too long, and now jumped back in....boy some things have changed...When I competed it was only weight class...now there is bikini fitness on and on...
I look forward to some great advise, meeting new friends and some helpful training and nutrition tips. Also wanting to talk to other female bodybuilders!!

Oh man you are not kidding. I didn't realize just how much the true "bodybuilding" for women is lacking. There are a TON of bikini, fitness, and so on. Do you think they added on these other category to get more females into the sport??

Oh yeah without a doubt. They have shows every week in every major city. Have you seen the line ups? There's a ton of categories, classes, and break downs. The lists are pages long and the sign ups are pretty steep. Promoters are making a ton! also the venues are packed all the time. There are so many contestants that of course friends and family are gonna pay to go see.
