Back after a long break!

Hello everyone! Been quite a while since I was on here (like when it was still SI and LeanHerm was BigHerm LOL)...took a break to focus on some other aspects of my life but now that it's all in a good place I figured I'd hang out around here again. I've kept up with some of you these last couple years and I look forward to meeting some of the newer members!

To answer the question I had a little bit of a scare with clen but nothing serious...however at the same time I was running a LOT of other things and I'd finished up grad school, got a corporate job bla bla bla...basically needed to prioritize my career etc and decided to stop my contest prep and put that part of life on hold...basically if I wasn't going to pursue a career as a pro BBer I had no business running what I was running.

Yes Pillar I had a small encounter with crossfit but I sucked at it and really all I wanted to do was lift heavy weights...thanks for reminding me!

Fast forward to today and now I own a couple successful businesses so I'm comfortable enough financially and in general that I can get back to pursuing some of my passions and BSing with you MFers.
