Awesome. Thank you so much for your help.Put rest days wherever you want. Maybe you want Sundays and Thursdays off. Maybe Saturday and Wednesday. It doesn't really matter which 2 you pick. I'd personally opt for rest days after leg days, and try not to do Pull and Legs back to back.
Working hard, meaning taking sets near failure, is what is important. Your recovery ability will dictate your number of sets. 6-20 reps are all fine, you'll find some exercises are better suited to higher, some to lower reps.
