Fat or loose skin / lack of muscle??

Well losing all that weight that was there, do s take a toll on the skin, it stretches it out, says it etc, in some and many cases when people lose a lot of weight they can't tighten up the skin anymore without going under the knife. Plus you are not that young anymore so it's even harder for it to tighten up. Doing more fitness and cardio will not tighten up the skin much, your only option is to bulk up a little. Once a skin is stretched that's pretty much what you are stuck with. It doesn't even seem that bad honestly, but a little bulk would def help tighten up the skin

Here is an example, both old men workout bellow, both are fit,

This old guy is 70 years old, and doesn't just lift to stay in shape, lifts to build muscle, maybe takes shakes etc... Just an example of what bulking does to our skin as we get older, it stretching, if you were fatter the stretching was done sooner, maintaining bulk will help as you get older
