Well losing all that weight that was there, do s take a toll on the skin, it stretches it out, says it etc, in some and many cases when people lose a lot of weight they can't tighten up the skin anymore without going under the knife. Plus you are not that young anymore so it's even harder for it to tighten up. Doing more fitness and cardio will not tighten up the skin much, your only option is to bulk up a little. Once a skin is stretched that's pretty much what you are stuck with. It doesn't even seem that bad honestly, but a little bulk would def help tighten up the skin
