Hi everyone!
New to the site, I'm 27, been lifting since college pretty consistently.

5'7 195lbs

Able to train 3 days a week. Nutrition is inline as well. My goal is like most - get bigger and stay trim.
Starting to look into supplements to boost my sessions.

diet will take you much further than supplements.
