What’s up y’all, just a newb here introducing myself. Been lifting since I was 18 and am currently 25. Goals have usually been pretty strength oriented, usually just getting my bench, squat, and dead up. Not really Crazy numbers but best lifts were bench:275, squat 350, dead 480. Threw my back out doing a retard squat, so have just been doing fun shit like deadlifts and arm routines recently. I’m a big believer in chaos and pain type shit so that’s kind of my lifting background. Looking forward to lurking around. Haha
