Made a post a few months ago without doing a proper introduction so now I’m gonna do one!
For starters, 6’1, 220, ~15%bf, maxes: bench 275, squat 415, deadlift 455
I lift 6 days a week, PPL, and I do some form of cardio everyday, usually stairmaster!
Been lifting for 5 years but around year 2 I had some life stuff going on but now we’re back and stronger than ever!
