Something that has been able for me to stay so positve with everything these days and pushes me to want to stay healthy and active.....

The things I have accomplished sports wise all through life from being a kid...makes me feel ok at this stage if I never get to even be majorly physical the rest of my life....I just think it's a great thing to do.....makes life better to not look back someday and say...."I wish I would have done...."

My list starts as a kid....

1. Softball / Basketball

2. Physical fitness

3. MMA / Boxing

4. Running / 5k to 1/2 Marathon

5. Mud / Spartan races

6. Hard ass bootcamp

7. Kick ass bodybuilding

8. Building my body back

Graduated #1 in Marine boot camp

still smoke young people in foot races

Deadlift PR 585 but that actually works against me cuz 6 has been so close multiple times

hold a 211 bowling average! lol

One thing I wish I could have done was a Triathlon.....unfortunately terrified of the ocean so....no can do!
