I just began my first cycle (test sustanon 300 weekly and 50mg winny a day) and am left with a few unanswered questions. All input appreciate.
28 years old, 14% body fat
1. Roughly How much carbs, protein, and calories should I be ingesting daily?
2. Should I be taking anything else at the time of the cycle? I had heard that I should pair with an estrogen blocker or something else, if this is true good recommendation?
3. As suggested by a friend, I was planning on waiting 3 weeks in to begin the winstrol. Is this a good gameplan?
4. The cycle is 10 weeks. What and when is the best PCT?
