Great intro, and you found the right place. This forum is unequaled in this arena.

I can highly recommend Defy Medical.
Do a search on this forum and you'll read a lot of info on how they operate, i've recommended them several times.
A lot of us started with trt and then took it from there. When I started trt with defy I was 127. Talk about feeling like sh1t.

The first step is to get with a Dr. (Dr saya at defy is my recommendation, theres several to choose from) and get yourself started. They'll typically recommend 150 - 200 mg/week.
Once you get started then sit back here and learn all you can, its a learning process. Ive been at this 3 years now and i've finally got it pretty much nailed down, the trickiest part (for me) is controlling E2.
