Nice to know all of you. I'm a dude, 30. Was never a gym rat but in ok shape from manual labor jobs. Came down with pancreatitis a year ago and lost a LOT of weight. Got rid of bad habits, had to seriously buckle down on diet and have been trying to gain weight back via the gym. Enjoying the changes I'm seeing in the mirror and am very interested in attempting a cycle when I'm sure I've gained enough knowledge. Not necessarily for the aesthetic benefit at the moment, I'd just really like to gain more weight/mass as my #1 goal. I've enjoyed lurking the board for the past few months and hope I didn't break any rules so far!
