MP liver support

got some of this. has anyone ever ran it before? came with no dosing instructions. my other liver pills i have ran usually r 3 times a day. thanx for any info.

Bro if I remember correctly its two pill 3x a day. If you email MP they will tell you.

thats a good dose. id take 4 at night if using orals

I have some of them and think I remember there being some B vitamins in there. (don't have in front of me so not sure how much) but keep in mind about the B vitamins if taking at night as I know some who have trouble sleeping from the energy they get from B's if they dose too close to bed.
