Thanks to all.
I'm 46 5-10" been training 2 yrs. Was 220 with fat gut before. lost 50 pounds. Started TRT 14 months ago. Blasting & cruising W/Test C.
205 now, up from 180 on a bulk for 5 months. 35" waist 17" arms 45 " chest.
I watch my diet closely eating clean but hard to get surplus cals that way.

I'm still learning all advise welcome

Great work!

The more muscle you put on the higher BMR (base metabolic rate) and the more calories you burn even resting. Eating too clean will hinder gains. Some fatty meats like beef and salmon, grains like granola with nuts, peanut butter on wheat sammich will jack up your weight, just go easy. Plenty of guys here to help.
