This and nizoral shampoo. Try not to run the water too hot in the shower either.

cetaphil body wash works well if you dont get covered in grease and oil for a living.

been using this clearsil face wash. works well. but as far as body goes....I cant win.

Ken I had pretty bad acne a few months ago, I just tried to wash my back with Clearasil at least 2 times a day, I also used Mederma for the scars. I don't know but the acne just went away by itself.

I'd suggest a prescription topical combo astringent/antibiotic called BenzaClin.

5% benzyl peroxide and 1% clindamyicn topical solution.

Any PCP will proscribed it and I've seen it work wonders. Last training partner was run 800mg Test Cyp/week and by week 5 his back looked like someone lit it on fire and stomped it out with golf shoes. After 30 days of 2X daily BenzaClin he was totally clear. Credit my brother for this advice - he was the prescribing physician.

U can try and get retina-x prescribed to you, supposed to work well.

I got myself some proactive and its been working great for my face but its a pain to have my wife wash my back 2x a day with it, its cleared up a lot but not totally gone. Only can get my back done like 4x a week at most.

You use Dawn dish soap? I never would of thought to use that...... Irish spring makes a body wash for acne, i would have to look to see exactly what it say but i will say it seems to help...
