Anyone had Urolift procedure?

Merry Christmas Everyone! So I have the Urolift scheduled in about a month with my urologist and I've been told to expect discomfort, bleeding, various urinary symptoms for about a week followed by approx 5-6 years of symptom relief.

Can anyone tell me their experience with the effectiveness, healing etc.
How soon before you could get back to heavy lifting? Thanks
