Yes , REAL men eat Quiche !!!!!
9 " pie pan
1 sweet potato
1 small can sweetened condensed milk/fat free if you like
10 eggs
half cup of broccoli florets(frozen will work)
1/2 teaspoon of salt/pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (if you like a little kick , also good for raising body temp for a pre-workout)
1/4 cup diced onions
6 ounce chicken breast
1/4 cup fine shredded mozarella cheese
Chop ends off sweet potato , and peel. Cut very thin slices .
Coat the pan with olive oil (preferably regular olive oil , not extra virgin) or use butter if it's in your diet.
Spread out sweet potato slices to form a crust in the pan.
Turn oven on to 350
Use 7 egg whites , and 3 whole eggs and put in a medium bowl
Add half can of sweetened condensed milk to eggs
Dice chicken breast in small pieces (half inch cubes or smaller) Add to egg mixture.
Chop broccoli (I usually use a hand chopper , but not too small. LOL)
Add rest of ingredients (Except mozzarella cheese)to egg mixture, and mix with fork , Not whisk.
Pour ingredients into pie pan with sweet potato crust.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes covered with foil.
Remove foil , sprinkle cheese on quiche , and bake uncovered for additional 8-10 minutes.
Remove , and let cool for 5 minutes , then eat some muscle building shit !!!!!
Also note , when cooled , you can slice like a pie and eat the next day!!!!
