I have posted these once before. However I am currently just running a cruise dosage at 200 test Cyp a week. I’m having gyno issues all of a sudden for the first Time. My e2 while higher, I did not think it was too bad being my test was so high. I am going to add in tomoxifan. My main question could it be a prolactin issue? I guess I did not test that with my blood work.
Just wanted to see what those with higher experience have to say.

Fuck me. I went cross-eyed trying to find your e2 value and still can’t find it. I’m getting old.

What was your e2 value? Why do you think you’re having gyno issues? What are your symptoms?

I don't see your estrogen values? Did you not get that tested?

My bad fellas thought I posted it. E2 was at 42. Which yes is high but I figured not bad since my rest was high. But I could be wrong.

And my symptoms are, tenderness and I already have a knot in my left nipple. It’s just gotten worse lately all of a sudden.

42 is high according to who?

If you have symptoms, then start taking Nolva and get your E2 under control by either reducing your dose or taking an AI.

I doubt you are getting gyno from only 200mg of test cyp and an E2 of ONLY 42. It's possible that you are extremely gyno sensitive, but not necessarily likely THIS sensitive. This is just my opinion, but it does not mean you should ignore the possibility of this.

I don't see this being a prolactin issue either, unless you already had high prolactin and maybe you were fat. When in doubt, get more lab work done.

I’ll look into get more labs. I may drop my test as well being I’m at 1200 levels

I will say I may be prone to gyno just due to my chest shaping. I have pectus excavatum or whatever where your Chest caves in in the middle. Not as noticeable now as I’ve put on size. But definitely hurts my chest development aesthetics wise. But im more into size and strength anyways. But don’t want titties that’s for sure.

I have a friend I grew up with that has that, so I understand. Not sure if it makes you more gyno prone than the next guy, but I know how it affects the shape of the chest.

You should still start taking a SERM if you have symptoms now.

In regards to levels... the majority of men can't tell the difference between a level of 800 and a level of 1200. If you lower your dosage then you might want to see how you feel and adjust up/down from there.

10/4. I do shots on Mondays and Thursdays. So here soon I May do a 75 and then 75 on Thursday for a couple weeks. See what that’s like. Not really looking to run a cycle until late January or even February.
Appreciate the advice. I’ll definitely do some Nova for a bit.
